Disabling custom resharper colors?

Since VS.NET 2005 is basically hosed for custom colors (until we get
that unreleased patch), would it be possible to just disable the custom
coloring stuff within Resharper until they are ready to support it?

Matt.

Hello Matthew,

not sure I understand what exactly you mean but you can disable identifier
highlighting using a checkbox
in ReSharper|Options|Highlighting. There is also an option to disable highlighting
altogether.

Ahh... that's what I was looking for. I've just been a bit frustrated
with VS.NET drawing Resharper items as "white on white" and other
interesting combinations that I was looking for a way to just use the
default VS.NET coloring.

Hi Dmitry,

I agree with Matthew because the 2005 and 2003 versions seem to share the same config settings. If I disable items in 2005 to make it usable, the same items are also disabled in 2003.

Hello Brian,

sharing the same config file really seems to be a problem in this case. However,
in many other cases it is preferrable
to keep settings common for VS 2003 and VS 2005. May be we should do something
about this...

Agreed. I have thought about this recently. Things like templates, surrounds, etc.. I would like shared. At least syntax highlighting and intellisense enabling/disabling I'd like to see seperate.
