Prefer Wrap Before ...

My quick tests of the Prefer wrap before "(" in declaration and Prefer wrap after "(" in declaration came up empty as far as figuring out what they do.

My intution says that the first should change

*
public void Foo ( int bar1, int bar2 )
{
}
*

to something like:

*
public void Foo
(
int bar1,
int bar2
)
{
}
*

Or at least that's what I would like.

So I have two questions. First what do these settings do (they're in the line wrapping section). Second, can I get what I want, or something close to it?

These two options let the ReSharper to choose where it should make line
break if the line is too long.
