Hello Peter,

You probably have auto-hiding Solution Explorer, and navigate to it using
Alt-Shift-L. Thanks to Jean-Paul, we identified it yesterday, will fix asap.

i have now 1219 and this bug is there, its unusable with such bug, you
promise me to be fixed ASAP. Now you are before RC of 4.5 i think and
this error is critical. Can you fix it really ASAP please?
