Solution Wide "Inspect Code" ignores "// ReSharper disable MemberCanBePrivate.Global"

Hi,

when i start a solution wide "Inspect Code" the comments for "// ReSharper disable MemberCanBePrivate.Global" are ignored and i will see this as an error.
