Eep, help. :) Problem after registration.

Howdy,

Who can I contact regarding a problem with registration? I just registered online via credit card (our corporate credit card, under a different name if you're with JetBrains and looking - please let me know if you need that information). I hadn't a clue JetBrains was in the Czech Republic until the receipt came up.

This is a problem because my company - due to the large amounts of spam that arrives at our server from outside the United States - doesn't allow any connections from IPs outside those allocated by ARIN.

i.e. Your email to me with my product registration code will never get here, because your mail server's attempt to connect will be discarded.

Who can I contact to have the registration code diverted to a gmail account? I can provide any and all details of the purchase.

(Is it asinine to block all traffic? Yes, in a way. Does it cause problems for you? Yes, huge numbers of them since most of the components/tools I purchase are from the European Union. Can't you reverse this decision somehow? No, because our spam dropped 95% once we did this, and I don't think anything I can do can compete with that. What would happen if the whole world did this? We'd up with the old CServe/Prodigy networks. ;p)

Hello Brian,

send you necessary information from our US office. You can also contact our
North American sales by non-electronic means - visit http://www.jetbrains.com/company/contacts/
