Depending on what you mean.
The reverse action is "Go to Usage" and itss shortcut is Ctrl-Alt-F7. It
searches all usages of the symbol and allows you to choose one to navigate.
If you just need to revert a navigation action (not only Ctrl-B), you can
use "Navigate Backward" action from VisualStudio's toolbar. It's shortcut
is Ctrl+-.

hi
thanks for the answers but here is what exactly i meant.
the navigate back and forth wont work at all. it keeps jumping on several
different locations. ctrl alt f7 shows all the usages and asking me to
choose where i want to go.
what i purely want is: i have a procedure called TestMe() which i used in
several places. In one of these places i hit ctrl B to see the procedures
declaration. I see it and now want to go back to where i was. Here navigate
buttons dont take me back there (once again they jump on different lines)
and ctrl alt f7 gives me all places the procedure is used.
Is there a way to go directly back to where i was before i was taken to
declaration?
thanks

I map the "Navigate Back" to the Ctrl-Alt-LeftArrow.

It works, but sometimes you have to press it twice.

I keep hoping that JetBrains will produce a 'replacement' to Navigate Back
that actually works as expected... without requiring two key presses to get
back to where you were.
