Where does RS keep the configuration files in Vista?

I'm a newbie to Vista. I've taken a copy of my RS configuration files from XP and I planted them in Vista in the Users\Peter Hamilton-Scott\AppData\Roaming\JetBrains\Resharper folder. I also noticed that there is another folder called Users\Peter Hamilton-Scott\AppData\Local\JetBrains\Resharper. That contains a v4.0\vs9.0 subfolder. My user settings are in the Roaming folder but not in the Local folder. Could someone explain which of the two is the preferred folder to store them in?

Going off topic a bit but what is the difference between the Local and Roaming folders? There's also another one called LocalLow. What's that about?

I'm afraid the "Local\Roaming" folder was a wrong choice.

R# stores its user settings under the FOLDERID_RoamingAppData folder (aka
CSIDL_APPDATA, aka %APPDATA%). This is what should be migrated to a new computer.

R# also uses FOLDERID_LocalAppData for caching some precalculated data. You
don't have to copy the latter to migrate the settings.
