4.5 features. Follow
Guys, I've just discovered that 4.5 nightly builds are now available. What I'm not sure about is what new features 4.5 brings to the party. I think I read somewhere that performance has been improved. I can't see any threads on my radar about 4.5 but is there something that describes what 4.5 does differently to the 4.1 version I purchased?
Thanks. Peter.

what i have noticed is a significant lowered memory footprint (around 300 MB less than 4.1 with my current solution). In the option
screen you will find some new options concerning code conventions (but they don't seem to work at this time),

Thanks Klaus. I'm sure there are some differences but there was nothing that stuck out and poked me in the eye! I did try changing one of the settings which threw an exception so I've logged that with JB.
I never made a note of the memory footprint pre- and post- 4.5 installation. I have a suspicion it might be faster but that could be an error of anticipation on my part? Anyway, it's good to see we have some nightly builds to look forward to again. I was getting worried when I saw nothing available for 4.1 since November! :-)
Hmm... Please could you give more details why do you think naming
conventions do not work? They should!

There were no new build for ReSharper 4.1 recently because all our team was
working hard for v4.5.
Upgrade for ReSharper 4.5 will be free for v4 users

Hi Eugene,
what behavior should i expect? I assume the naming conventions are used in the code cleanup or that i get warnings in the code editor.
Happy new Year
