Please try the following steps: 1. Close all instances of Visual Studio 2. Start a single instance 3. Enter your ReSharper license, press Ok and exit Visual Studio through File | Exit 4. Start Visual Studio again

On each VS restart I have to reenter my freshly purchased license.
Tried this once on the startup register: Still unregistered.
The restarted VS did not show startup register since there are still 1-2 evaluation days left, so I entered the license into the dialog I manually opened -- now after VS restart it's still licensed :)
