Do we need another license...?

We develop an Asp.Net solution internally using Resharper. We want some outside developers to do some work on our project who would not be using resharper. The JetBrains.Annotations dll still needs to be referenced in the solution for it to compile when they are testing it. Do we need seperate licenses for these developers?

If they're just referencing the dll, then they don't need a license for ReSharper. If it helps, the source for the annotations are available from the Options dialog (ReSharper -> Options -> Annotations -> Copy Default implementation to clipboard). The source includes an Apache 2.0 license.
