JetBrains, are you even bothering to support your customers?

As you can tell from the title, I am getting slightly irritated that no-one has bothered to reply to either of my recent posts several weeks ago to give any sort of help.

We are a paying customer with many many licenses of Resharper, but I'm getting a bit peeved at the total lack of enthusiasm for responding to questions (which should be trivial to respond to in my case).

If this forum is not the appropriate place, how else should we be asking?

Any sort of post response at least acknowledges that we exist.

Sorry for being late with answers, team was on short vacation after release and we also had holidays here in Russia. Do you have any other unanswered questions?
