"New from template" menu item underscore hotkey feature removed?

Resharper menu | Edit | New from Template  shows all the things you can create like Class which used to have an underscore character indicating keyboard shortcut under the C or l (the letter L) depending on context. Now none of the menu items have any underscores so you cannot use a keyboard key to select an item. It's not that the underscore is not visible and you can just guess at the key, it's that no key will select any item in the menu.

I have been using this menu via keyboard strokes since the first year Resharper was released. Suddenly its gone. A mistake, I hope. I could not find anything in the options to toggle this feature, not sure why that would be useful at all, not to mention why the default of no underscores and no keyboard shortcuts would be of value.

I know I can use Alt Insert, but that's unacceptable to me since I have to remove my right hand from the querty position to hit the insert key.
