Can I disable highlighting in this case?

Any way to disable this highlighting?  I've looked high and low.  Doesn't happen if I suspend ReSharper - using 2016.3.2.  If I remove the component definition (or use directive), the highlighting goes away.

You might change "ReSharper Injected Language Background" background color here Tools | Options | Environment | Fonts and Colors.

BTW, I specifically mean the highlighting on "#randomId".  Sorry I forgot that.

What did you change the color to? I can't seem to choose "transparent" or "same as editor background"...
