"The Master Assembly Binder does not know this assembly, and neither does the GAC" error during installation

For instance:

1. The Master Assembly Binder does not know this assembly, and neither does the GAC. Reference from assembly ReSharper.Exceptional.R10 to assembly AsyncBridge.Net35 could not be resolved.

2. The Master Assembly Binder does not know this assembly, and neither does the GAC. Reference from assembly ReSharper.ContractExtensions to assembly JetBrains.ReSharper.Psi.CSharp could not be resolved

3. Loading an assembly “JetBrains.ReSharper.Resources, Version=104.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=1010a0d8d6380325” which is not listed in assembly references of assembly “JetBrains.ReSharper.Plugins.CyclomaticComplexity, Version=10.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null” when trying to resolve the type JetBrains.ReSharper.Resources.Settings.CodeInspectionSettings. A type reference points into an assembly not listed among assembly references.

Such errors do not affect ReSharper integration to Visual Studio

I am getting similar issues:

The Master Assembly Binder does not know this assembly, and neither does the GAC. Reference from assembly StyleCop.ReSharper to assembly StyleCop.CSharp.Rules could not be resolved.

Experiencing this issue at the moment.

Visual Studio is crashing on startup. I can only recover by launching devenv.exe /safemode

Unable to repair the installation, getting the log, http://pastebin.com/pA1PfzR4
