I've lost my License Key. How do I recover it?

Anyone has an idea on how to resolve this? Already tried downgrading to an older version but still not able to proceed when trying to update with the latest version. Our licenses are still valid up to July but it suddenly become invalid since yesterday. Thanks in advance.
